I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Coquitlam, BC) in Mar 2018
Interview
It was a group interview, pretty relaxed. We all (6 people) took turns answering the few questions asked. It didn't feel like there was a wrong answer, though. More like they wanted to see if we understood the question/were able to respond, and if we had a positive attitude. Then we were given a hands on timed task to do that described our personality. It would have been fun if I wasn't so stressed out, but I was able to complete the task no problem.

Question 1
I don't remember the questions anymore verbatim, but the hands on task we were given was to go to the salesfloor and pick out a product in 5 mins that we felt captured our personality or some part of our personality in some way. I don't remember the exact words, but that was the gist.

Interview
Walmart forgot my interview time. So I ended up waiting for thirty minutes before my interview. Does not respect employees time. Would not advise working here if you can help it.
