Interview
Hiring process has a telephonic interview and three successive rounds back to back at the same facility and place.
1. They will give you a paper and would tell you to ask few details about your next sitting person and will say you to introduce him/her and tell why is wants to work for walmart, where he/she want to go if he/she gets a chance. Then you she/he will introduce you to panel.
2 Next round will be to enact the actual situation based on the que card.
They will judge who takes initiative, who has problem solving and customer service abilities
3. They will sit against you one by one and will ask you behavior type or situation questions such as What was the challenge ......what did you do to .... how did you do .... what were end result ..... one person ask you few question then another person comes before you and ask questions and again some other person ask you some questions till they ask you all the question on their respective que cards.
Then they will call you and tell you if you are hired and will give you salary based on your exp. and skills.
