I had two separate interviews, the same day. The second interview only given if the first interview was acceptable. The second interview was approximately two hours later, so I walked around the sales floor waiting to be called. Was called back in for the second interview, this time I had to answer questions given by two people, both managers of the store. Basically was asked how I would or did handle situations based on questions presented. The second interview took approximately an hour and half then was told to have a seat in the waiting room, while my references were called. was then given paperwork to go a have a drug screening performed, which has to done within 24 hours. I was called back about 2 days later and offered a job in the Electronics Dept. was then given a time to come back to the store for a formal offer, and Orientation process.
