Applied to a local supercenter, and got a call later that day for an interview. Went in the next morning, the first interview was with another dept. Manager. Questions included alot of "what would you do....." Type scenerios. Questions were read from a set of papers. Then interviewed with the Department manager of the dept. I applied for. Basically the same questions were asked.

Question 1
Alot of the questions were about the same, so you have to kind of put a spin on the answers.
Very quick and easy, just your typical average interview. Nothing really much else to be said but apparently that's that. It's an interview, not really anything else beyond that. Didn't feel any way about it, neutral.
Submitted online application then had one-on-one interview with the manager. Chatted about availability and food safety knowledge. Also was asked about customer service knowledge. Heard back from the manager within a few days.

Question 1
Do you have experience with a meat slicer or fryer?
It went well. Smooth not too hard. There were two people. They asked me simple questions. Generic interview questions. Its walmart. If you work hard they will appreciate it. Just takes a while to advance.
