I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Pleasanton, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
I applies internally so the process was somewhat simplified. Online application with Manager's recommendation got me a one one one interview with two Market Asset Protection Manager's. The interview questions are all scenario based and there are about 7 or 8 of them. The interview took about 35 minutes with a little conversation about the process and what to expect.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart in Feb 2018
Interview
I completed the on-line application only. I found Walmart's on-line application process to be very helpful for me, it enabled me to see my strengths and some weaknesses. In addition to job related questions about my competencies, the company also presented a video of workplace scenarios - situational interviews.
