I completed my application and received a call back about 2 months after. I went for my interview, which was pretty easy and relaxed to me. I was interviewed by a department manager and then an assistant manager. I was asked only a few questions and both managers were engaging and friendly. I was then offered the job, which I accepted. I then went for my drug test and started working a few days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question for me was one that asked me to give an example of how I had gone out of my way to help a customer. This was difficult for me only because I had not had a job in retail before so I was unsure how to answer. The assistant manager told me to relax and accepted an answer that had absolutely nothing to do with retail.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
