Interview
A few questions asked, they want to know if they feel you are the correct person for the job. Not a hard process. It's an entry level job into the biggest retail around.
The interview process was smooth, just be honest and be yourself and you'll pass with flying colors. They will take anyone with a pulse. They have good benefits and ok pay.

What would you do if you had a conflict with another employee?
In person interview after applying online and following up. Got the Offer at end of interview and accepted. Started a few weeks later after they created my schedule. Generally flexible with your first schedule after interview.
