I applied for a different summer job at the store and was offered this when it opened up. There was not much of an interview. I showed I could be trustworthy and was limited in my responsibilities until I proved capable.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2015

Very easy going process, store manager did the interview, the manager was friendly person who make yourself confortable at that moment, at that time i wasn't very fluent in English and the guy help me in times.
