Interview process was formal online, but then informal once in person. Hired on the spot after a few basic questions. No preparation was really needed. The online portion was rather lengthy

The interview process was smooth, just be honest and be yourself and you'll pass with flying colors. They will take anyone with a pulse. They have good benefits and ok pay.

In person interview after applying online and following up. Got the Offer at end of interview and accepted. Started a few weeks later after they created my schedule. Generally flexible with your first schedule after interview.
