The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Walmart in Aug 2021
Interview
2 Panels in the same day with 2 employees.
A mix of technical and behavioral questions.
Longest process I have ever seen to get an answer, Months under consideration and complete in the dark waiting for answers

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Tell me about a time you had to show leadership?
At first, I was given a questionnaire to answer. After answering to the questionnaire I was never contacted by the recruiter and got ghosted apparently. Walmart being a Fortune company, an act like this is certainly not expected. I hope it was just one in a million instances and doesn't happen to everybody who aspires to work at Walmart.

Question 1
Proficiency with the tool stack and experience working on the set of tools mentioned in the JD.
Was ghosted after the second round of interview. Followed up with recruiter twice but kept getting response of not having enough information. Hiring manager and the team member were fine.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to persuade a stakeholder
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
The hiring manager was horrible! No introduction on her end. Started fine with tell me about yourself. Then went directly to a ridiculous case study that I was not told there would be one. No information about the role was give. The interviewer seemed rushed and disengaged throughout the entire interview. It was kind of frustrating and actually I expected more from Walmart. I guess I dodged that bullet. Absolutely horrible interviewer and unprofessional.

Question 1
How would you take over the role from an individual who is leaving the role? What are the steps you would take to gather information from them before they left?
