I shared my resume with the recruiter and secured an initial phone call to discuss the position. The call was friendly and professional, and while it didn’t make sense to move forward, I appreciated their candor in the process
Recruiters ghosting candidates instead of getting back to them. Even after four rounds of interviews, no word either way. Very inconsiderate. Candidates make time for multiple rounds of interviews over the course of weeks. They don’t even have the decency to let you know their decision. Pathetic.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter. This was followed by a panel interview with the group I would be joining. This was followed by an interview with senior business leader, which was followed by an interview with a very senior lawyer.
