Walmart interview questions

I recently interviewed for a Sales Associate and the process was... interesting. The first interview was quick—just a few questions about customer service and availability—but the manager kept getting interrupted by walkie-talkie calls. The second round involved a short “floor test” where I had to greet real customers and fold clothes under pressure. Everyone was polite, but communication afterward was slow; it took nearly two weeks to hear back. Overall, the experience was a blend of friendly energy and a bit of chaos—pretty much what I’d expect from retail, honestly.

Simple process. Applied online on the careers website, did assessment test, 1 screening call with current AFDP, and a final virtual interview and case study with the same person. Received offer.
