Walmart interview questions

Screened by HR; Interview with peer; Interview with 2nd peer; Never fully understood where the department was going and the role. What Walmart did well was communicated immediately when decision was made to not move me forward

I worked here a few years ago. The interview was exactly how a textbook interview is. They asked why I wanted to work there? What were my career goals? The interviewer was extremely nice, I was young and didn’t have much experience with interviews it definitely set my standards and since I haven’t had any interviews that I consider difficult.
