i was asked to come in and answer basic questions (strengths/weaknesses, etc.). I was also asked how i work in team settings and how i interact with others in a customer service way.
Asked simple ask the basic questions such as personality trait, and availability and gave scenarios about customer service and communication. It didn’t take that long and the interview was conducted by a manager.
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. I met with team members who asked a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions. The overall experience felt average, but I appreciated learning more about the organization, its culture, and how the teams collaborate.
