Fairly common. Nothing out of the ordinary. They need workers. So they won’t be extra challenging questions to answer. Just take it easy and answer the questions to the best of your ability.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe why you are the best candidate for this role?
Interview was decent but also felt uncomfortable, they asked typical questions but would stare at you and drill you back to back to back, over all the process was pretty typical except making me feel uncomfortable
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Sep 2025
Interview
Asked questions about previous work experience, why you want to work for walmart.. Then a few behavioral questions like how to handle a difficult customer, how do you stay motivated in a repetitive work environment. Finally, they asked if I'm willing to work on weekends. Then he explained about the nature of this job..that I have to walk a lot, lift heavy objects at times, dispense orders in adverse weather conditions.
