There was no interview for entry level positions, just a tour of the store, and then I was offered the position and got to start as soon as I was able to

I got hired from this job but the failing the assessment changed everything for me . I had the interview and was hired but the manager told me to do the assessment. I feel as if once hired the assessment shouldn’t play a role into it
