First, there was a phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with the immediate leader and the director. The interview overall was not too difficult, moderately difficult. Still, the experience was average, not quite like a foreign company, more like a private company.

Interviewer was rude. He kept checking his phone and barely looked at me. I just felt so unappreciated. I understand that this was just the interview but if I can’t even get 5 minutes of his time, then why would I ever consider working here.
