I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Greensboro, NC) in May 2025
Interview
The whole process is a waste of time. I actually applied to multiple leadership positions, as that is what I do currently for another major retailer. When I spoke to the style lead, I told him I was not interested in a team member position because I’m already in management. He sounded surprised, and frankly wasn’t very polite. Walmart seems to want to hire people with years of experience to work in lower-level positions, and I can’t take a pay cut for that.
