The interview process was straightforward and not too stressful. It included basic management and situational questions to understand how you handle team leadership, customer service, and problem-solving. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience felt relaxed and easy to navigate.
Phone call, then interview with AGM HR, then with Site Lead and HR. I was pretty straight forward in that regard just ensuring that each step was made in alignment with my schedule.
