Straightforward but never really felt like I was anything more than a set of numbers on a spreadsheet – minimal questions or human interest, and the interviewer didn't seem to know anything about my field, skillset, or scope beyond what was on the paper in front of them.

How do you approach a fast-based work environment where priorities can often shift quickly?
The interview was conducted in an orderly manner. It felt personal and the questions pertained to the role & how I would in it. Ultimately, I think the interview was a pretty basic process.
Recruiter was very aggressive and responsive in setting things up for initial interview (HR screening) first and second rounds, then ghosted me with 0 follow ups for 2 months before sending an automated reply about the job going to someone else. They are quite arrogant that they are Walmart, and you are a peon who would be lucky to work there, so you do things there way or not at all.
