Walmart interview questions

Screening with HR followed by Interview which consisted of 2 rounds, first was a panel of Senior Managers, spoke about the role and how my background aligns with the role. The second round was with the Senior Director.

Screening by recruiter was done over text. Interview was STAR format where the panel took turns asking questions and they all typed every word you said. It was robotic and impersonal. I almost felt like they had already decided before walking in.
