Walmart interview questions

Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions. After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.

Ok but I really didn't have experience since I'm in school. It was my first interview but I really didnt think it was that hard. Anyone should be able to to it if prepared.
