Interview
2 phone screens and an all day on-site interviews with 4-5 people (engineering/product team). The questions were not too difficult, especially if you have some familiarity or experiences working in retail/e-commerce space. Everyone I met seemed honest and genuinely nice.

Interview
They use a panel of people to interview and use behavioral interview questions. Once you've had the pre-screen phone call they send you an email that contains several things. One thing included is a link to a video that explains how to best answer the questions in the interview. It also contains documents that will help you know what the questions may be directed to.

Interview
Took three weeks. I had a lengthy interview process, and was able to meet a lot of great people. I had an interview with a Sr. Project Manager, Sr. Director and the VP of my area. They made sure I felt comfortable and welcome to the company.
