Walmart Janitor interview questions

The interview process has many steps to hire someone: for hiring an employee, you need to describe a job when posting and scheduling interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

Interviewer was friendly and asked questions about qualifications and expected work schedule. Also asked about interests outside of working and talked about advancement opportunities. Overall positive experience. Was shorter interview than I expected but I was happy they contacted me quickly after interview.
