Walmart Manager interview questions

Informal with 2 District Managers and second with 2 Store Managers. Standard behavioral analysis questioning. Each interview was at a different store and lasted about an hour each. Discussed training, culture, etc. They are looking for experience examples not "I would " responses. Was extremely laid back and stress free. Nothing unusual here.

I had to talk to three different people. It took a little bit of a long time, but was worth it because I got the job. The whole process seemed smooth, but maybe a little longer than other companies. I really like the recruiter and he kept me in the loop on where the job offer was and how he felt I did on the interview.
