Laidback interview process. Meet in-person with manager for less than 20 minutes, sign some documents, and he/she will let you know the next steps forward. The manager might ask you if you are willing to do other positions such as cashier if they are low on associates or if it gets very busy.

Very simple and very few questions asked. Had a phone interview first, then was asked to come in for an in person interview. Had to wait over 15 minutes after the scheduled interview before I sat down with the manager.
