First there was a phone interview, and then followed by an in person interview. The questions being asked by the manager was not hard at all and the process was fairly smooth.

They really only asked one question which was “tell me about a tome you went above and beyond for customer service.” After that you go straight to orientation. They’ve changed their interview process in the last few years.
