quick two visit interview. they need people so they push things along. it was my first job directly out of college since my other offers didn't come through yet. It is not a thorough process by any means

It was over a month after applying before I received a call. When they called, the Interview was scheduled for the next day and was extremely quick. The interviewer was fun and extremely friendly. She explained that they were pretty short staffed. I received an offer within fifteen minutes.
