I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Del City, OK) in Jul 2018
Interview
It was good, took about 20 minutes, she really only asked me one interview question and she offered me the job and I started filling the paperwork right on the spot. She took me to the back to make sure I knew the job description and to sign more papers and now I’m just waiting on my background papers to come back so I can start orientation.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond in customer service for a customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Sep 2015
Interview
Was pretty straightforward. Not the hardest interview, but not 'super easy', definitely some questions that can require some thought. I had to go through a 1 on 1 screening with my direct manager(the one who hired me and I reported to) and then the second day: I had to go through a drug test and pass it. Once I passed it: I was hired on and went through standard orientation that all shifts go through together(a 4 hour paid process).
