I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
First there was a phone interview about your background. There were 2/3 basic questions about handling different scenarios. Then it was 1:1 interview with hiring assistant manager/manager with questions how you will handle some critical situations. Very basic day to day scenario, no complex issues. They just want to check if you're a normal/rational compassionate person or not. Very casual interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Manahawkin, NJ) in Apr 2013
Interview
It's a long process and they ask many questions. First, I interviewed with 2 people at once. Immediately following, I interviewed with a different person. There were different phases of the interview. After that they made a job offer and I had to go get drug tested. It's amazing how they can have such a thorough interview process and still hire complete morons. What's the point?
