I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (Cheyenne, WY) in Sep 2015
Interview
Submitted online application and assessment. Got call a couple of day later to schedule an interview. I was interviewed twice, sequentially, each by a different person. I was given about 5 "situational" questions by each interviewer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember specific questions but they were in essence 4 or 5 questions amalgamated together, such as: "Describe a situation you have experienced where you had several tasks which needed to be completed at the same time, how you addressed the challenge and what specific steps you took to meet the challenge."
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very, pleasant and brief.. I'm always earlier than the set time I'm told to be somewhere, but they did take a very long time in getting to me to do the interview. There in the interview, I was asked a couple scenario type questions which weren't hard, I just quickly scanned through my memory and would compare an earlier job experience. All in all everything was great! I got the job :-)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Raeford, NC) in Feb 2014
Interview
There wasn't much of an interview. They basically went over the job requirements and asked if I thought I could handle it. After they covered the duties, and that the job would be 3rd shift, they asked if I wanted the job. In all they were desperate to fill the position, they did not do a lot of questions. We sat down, looked at the schedule. Then I was offered a job. Ultimately it was supposed to be a part time position, but I found myself working at or over 40 hrs most weeks.
