I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Lafayette, IN) in Jul 2015
Interview
There were two interviews. The first consisted of sitting down with a manager and answering a series of questions basically about what you would do in certain situations. You also sign a copy of your application to verify that it is yours. The second interview involved them verifying your information, going over what they pay for the position, making sure you can meet the demands of the position, signing a waiver for a background check, getting instructions on when and where to take a drug test which has to be done in 24 hours, and that was it. They also made it clear that if all my stuff came back clean that they would then call and let me know when orientation was, what documents to bring, and what clothes to wear as there is a dress code. I did get an offer, but as I said, it is conditional on whether or not I pass the drug test and background test, which I will.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Pensacola, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied through Walmart's veteran hiring agency. After a few days, I received a phone call that turned out to be the interview. After the telephone interview was over, I was scheduled for a drug test the following day and started working the following week. Whole process took about a week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interviewing process was quite easy. They ask a few question, but interviewed by two managers. I believe 5 to 8. Depending on how you answer them you pretty much have the job. Well that's if you pass the drug test of course. Afterwards you sign papers and etc.
