Applied online for a stocking position, got a call the next morning to interview at 2pm the same day. Interviewed with Department Manager then Store Manager. Offered job on the spot.

Very straightforward interview process that asks only what is needed. As an entry level job, the credentials and experience are minimal. All of the questions revolve around the applicant's ability to learn and work quickly. Interview consists of two stages. One, where the store's HR manager asks general questions to ensure that you're employable, and a second where your prospective supervisor asks more specific questions relevant to the specific role.
