Phone Interview - about 40 minutes. The interview was very relaxed and more of a conversation rather than simply asking and answering questions. The interviewer asked me a few situational questions and after the interview he said he was going to forward my information to the Market Director for an in-person interview. I got a call from the director about a week later to set up a time.
