3 Step Proccess for me.First a phone interview with an assistant manager, they ask situational questions. Second a group interview with about 5 others. They go over Walmart’s values and employee perks and benefits. Then you sit down with one of the managers seated at the table , (there were 4 managers in my case) and they ask you situational questions about customers and about past job experience etc. If you make it past this process you then have an interview with the store manager, she asks a few typical job interview questions and youre hired(hopefully). Then they call you back for orientation and you start CBL’s and your intro to Walmart.
