Very Informal. The room in which the interview took place was just a bit bigger than a broom closet. I was interviewed by four individuals , two at a time. One sat on the table and the other in a chair. The interview felt more like friends having a conversation.

The manager was very respectful and polite. They asked all the right questions. They also were interested in my availbity and what my schedule would look like. I answered honestly and I mentioned I was a student as well.
