Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

They pulled my name off the online application, looked at my resume a second, asked one question, and offered a job. They apparently hire everyone, and expect most to quit.

Went in and had 2 interviews in one day. The first interview was with a lower level department manager and the second was with an assistant manager. They told me to go take a drug test and if I passed that I would have a job there. I did so and got my job.
