I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Tampa, FL)
Interview
My interviewer was very respectful and very to the point. My interview probably only lasted about 20 minutes. They asked very basic questions and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. They were dressed casual not even in Walmart clothes and offered me a soda during the process. Very painless and very boring. Not challenging at all
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very easy, they did not ask me many questions and it was a group interview. The interviewer was not very professional at all. I did not have a good time and did not accept the job
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Oswego, IL) in May 2013
Interview
I felt that the interview process was very tedious and it made me feel nervous and respond as if I were applying for a very high ranking position. It was a first a one on one interview, than if they like you they ask you to stay for or a second interview which is a 3 panel. In my case, the computer system was down and I was asked to come back at a later date. If the 3 panel interview goes well than they offer you a job and give you a referral for drug screening.
