I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (College Park, GA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was a two part process. You interview with a department manager first, then a Co-Manager. It was all same day. I originally applied as a cashier but the department manager for the Stationery department was the one who interviewed me and wanted me for her department. The Co-Manager who interviewed me was pretty cool too and got an offer immediately after talking to him and received the paperwork to go take my drug test.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had a challenging assignment?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Union, MO) in Jun 2014
Interview
Fairly simple interview. It probably took less than twenty minutes to complete. Questions were straight to the point and within three days, I was hired. The only advice I have to prepare you for this interview is don't be nervous! Listen to the questions and form the best answer you can as quickly as possible. Don't think too long because these questions mostly test how easily you can provide an answer and how sure you seem on it. If you don't seem sure about your answers they aren't believable.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you managed your time well.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Poplar Bluff, MO) in Mar 2015
Interview
The whole process took about a week. Applied online and three days later received a call for phone interview. Next day had my three interviews and they gave my papers for drug test. About two days later found out I got the job. Very easy process and you should dress business casual, be yourself, and don't have an attitude. I have seen people not get a job because of this.
