Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was to come to the store and do a face to face interview with a assistant manager that asked you a series of questions. Questions asked were can you work from 10 to 7 am overnight can you lift over 25 pounds do you have reliable transportation, why do you think you are right for the job. Then they send you for drug testing if you pass, they call you back in and offer you a job.

It was an easy going process the interview was friendly bUT not really that concern about how i anseer the questions. Asked basic questions nothing too difficult. More looking for personality and being a quick thinker. Did a drug test the next today and had orientation a week later.
