You get called in by the personel manager and come in for the interview. If they call you for a 2nd interview you're basically hired most of the time. 2 or 3 managers interview you and ask you questions on leadership, sceneerios, and dealing with customers. Dress appropriately

First and foremost, expect to wait a lot. Bring a book or something to do while waiting. The interview process it's self however can go rather quickly. If the preliminary interview goes well, you'll be asked if you want to stick around for a second. There's a very good chance of getting the process finalized in one day and getting hired.
