Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

It took hours to complete. mostly waiting. interviewed with 3 managers separately. The process took over 3 hours to complete. The first manager you interview with is the one you will be working with. I watched other candidates walk out because the process was taking so long.

The interviewing process was with a large group of employees, consisting of generic questions. It didn't really feel personal, or like they knew who I was. Though, with that in mind, the interview itself was very simple. I just based my real-life experiences, and they found my answers sufficient enough at that. I had very little work experience, but it surprisingly didn't hinder my job offer.
