Very detailed they asked a lot of behavioral questions at the beginning. The assessment was easy as I have a lot of customer service experience. I have found that customer service works best for me because I am an empath and I love to help others.

Very straightforward and pretty easy. They ask you the same questions that are on the application. It didn't take long to get a call back maybe 2-3 business days. You will come in for a in-person orientation and training.
