Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

Really off-putting situation where you're randomly asked story based questions and told to make them up by the interviewer because they're required to ask. Then they ask the same three questions in a 3 on 1 interview and request different stories than the first 3. But they hire you no matter what😭

I filled out a short work history questionnaire before speaking with interviewer. The interviewer reviewed responses and asked follow-up questions, and then proceeded with a few position-specific questions. In total, the full interview process took about 20 minutes.
