I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (San Bruno, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process had a recruiter call, 2 screening rounds, and a panel round. I don't know why they have the recruiter call. Infact, someone from a centralized contact center calls you to schedule the call with the recruiter round where the questions asked are the same ones mentioned in the basic qualifications? One of the questions that were asked in the recruiter round goes like this - 'Do you have the ability to think critically?' and the expected answer was an Yes or a No.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walmart (Bengaluru) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview experience was very bad. 4 rounds of interviews were scheduled in a day without mentioning that each round is an elimination round. 1st round was presentation round on case study . 3 interviewers were in the panel. No introduction ,so dont know their designation. Nobody knew what the case study was .Instead of understanding my structural flow and problem understanding, they wanted to jump to solution . Every question was covered in my slides but they were not eager to see slides rather jumped here and there, directly from problem to user persona and from user persona to wireframes.. without giving time to explain how i arrived at the solution . Very bad experience . Panel had a solution in mind and wanted the same to reflect . They ere in hurry to close without the intent to understand my problem solving flow.
