Walmart Software Developer interview questions

Unprofessional experience! 1st round - Phone screening with recruiter. 2nd round telephonic - The person called me 2 hours later than scheduled time. 3rd round onsite - After discussion with the hiring manager, had to wait for more than 30 mins for the next person to arrive, cause of delay was the interviewer stuck in traffic. Next interviewer just freaked me out with the negative experiences working on that project, like they had to work from early morning to late nights including weekends and holidays, how frustrating it was to co-ordinate with globally distributed teams and how chaotic the work culture was. Honestly, my concern after the interview was ' How am I going to work in such place ?'. Please don't take a candidate's time for granted just because they are available in the job market. Remember that the candidate is interviewing the company as much as you are....

Long interview, it took them almost two months to make up their minds. It started with a phone screen with a recruiter who didn't seem to know much about the role and company then phone screen with hiring manager then another phone screen then onsite.
