I have 3 years hardcore software development with India's Largest Retail Company and 9 years hardcore development and leadership experience with World's 3rd Largest Retailer. I applied for SDE-III role opening at Walmart IDC Bangalore which matched my domain expertise/experience and technical expertise/experience . I received a mail within 2 hours that my resume doesn't match the job profile I applied for. I can't understand how can they do it. You have to get a recommendation from an existing employee of this company to even get an opportunity to appear for the interview here. It shows how much corrupted the Bengaluru Walmart IDC HR is
