I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (Buckeye, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied on Monday and immediately got a call the next day asking if I would like to go in on Friday for an interview. Went in and everything was so fast paced she immediately asked me to tell her about myself. As I was being interviewed she was walking me around and showing me where I would possibly be working. After talking more she told me she thinks I would be suited in a better department so we walked over there. Seemed like she was in a hurry, but she was very polite and kind the entire time. Was told I would get called on Monday or Tuesday with an offer but if they didn’t call I should call and tell them. Never got a call and I called that Thursday and was told they were not going to offer me a job.
I got a call from the manager asking if I can come in an hour and a half. I didn't feel prepared at all but the questions weren't hard. It was informal (the interviewer was wearing the bright vest you wear to collect carts outside)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
Very basic, standard interview questions. Most important part was the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Was questioned by 2 members of management, one hourly the other salaried. They were in need of bodies to fill the open positions so it was very easy.
