Interview
No interview, just asked if you’re willing to work and be on time to work. They were pretty layer back. So there was really no interview process to do when you go.

Interview
To describe this interview process, I would say Walmart is one of the quicker and easiest interviews I have gotten the chance to attend. The people were nice and the questions were simple
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Lakeville, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
My interview was with the store manager. He was pretty chill and an authentic guy so I liked him off the bat. My "interview" was more so just me getting hired. He asked about my availability and had me fill out a sheet for my desired hours ( My store let you make your schedule). We then went over basic stuff like breaks (how long they were, how many we got) and the like and that was pretty much it. I didn't have an interview really, so it wasn't stressful.
