Panel interview, standard questions. There is a script that has a serious of possible questions and they are supposed to ask at least so many. Behavior based questions. Your mileage may very because there are so many different locations, and when things are busy, interviews can go really fast. There is also a lot of times where people are stopped in the process due to background or drug screen, so if you make a decent impression you will most likely get moved forward to that process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Very easy going, relaxed. The interviewer was polished. I had to wait 45 minutes but in the end it was well worth the time. There was a lot of activity but the actual interview was in a room that was very quiet and conducive to a good interview.
